• FINANCIAL QUALIFICATION: Working with skilled sales associates and mortgage brokers, our first time buyers are pre-qualified.
• NEIGHBORHOOD EDUCATION: The several School districts of the Clearfield, Jefferson, and Elk Counties have many sections and neighborhoods. Each has its own distinctive architectural style and personality. We will help you choose the right one for you.
• PRE-SCREENED PROPERTIES APPEALING TO OUR YOUNGER BUYERS: We won't waste your time showing you buildings that may require too much cash down or other assets.
• ADVICE ON SELECTING AN ATTORNEY: An experienced, patient, but quick-moving lawyer can move an acceptance to signed contract and closing smoothly; one who is local and familiar with local real estate transactions. They should charge a fixed fee that you, the buyer, are comfortable with and has no surprise charges.
• MORTGAGE COUNSELING: Putting you in touch with a professional mortgage broker who will discuss multiple mortgage options with you and "walk" you through the process.
